“By The Brook”
“By The Brook” features the famous portrait of a young girl from Kashmir. The resplendent colors of the girl’s garment resonate with those of Northern India’s mountain boulders from which she collects spring water in her little pail. Her contemplative expression is especially captivating. Taken in 1995, this original photograph was the only copy ever created and is available for $300,000.
